This programmer is designed to assist HR Practitioners, Line Managers and Supervisors in understanding the legal aspects of the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Relations Act 1967. This programmer will emphasize the more important aspects of these two Labor Laws in the country.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Have a working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Relations Act 1967; and draw participants’ attention on some industry practices, which are not within the law but accepted by the Industrial Courts as practices that should be observed.

• Module 9 : Termination, Lay-off and Retirement (awareness)
• Module 10 : Some Salient Points of the Industrial Relations Act 1967( awareness)
• Module 11 : Dismissal under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 (awareness)
• Module 12 : Dismissal that Ends Up in Industrial Court ( awareness)
